We went to the State House to enter the race. Took along my old friend and Fiscal Agent, Councilor Earl Rinker. Secretary of State David Scanlon joined us for a picture. And, took a photo in the Hall of Flags, one of my favorite places in our state. The history archived there makes it a sacred place.
